By joining Vashon Bird Alliance, you support vital efforts to protect our local birds and environment. You also open the door to educational, recreational and volunteer opportunities for you and your family.

Membership benefits

Island Wings, our e-newsletter, tells you about upcoming programs, local conservation efforts, field trips and other events.

Classes, such as Birding by Ear, are offered periodically. Members get a 10 percent discount.

Volunteer opportunities, including the Christmas Bird Count and seabird surveys, advocacy for public policies that protect birds and wildlife, an educational program for Chautauqua school fourth-graders, and Vashon Bird Alliance booths at local events. 

The Vashon Bird Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your dues and all other donations are tax-deductible.

Please note: To join National Audubon Society, you must do so separately at https://action.audubon.org/donate/chapter-membership. Vashon Audubon is a chapter of National Audubon Society, but maintains separate membership rolls with separate benefits.
