2021 Calendars are Here!

Reflecting our hope for a better, brighter new year, the 2021 Birds of Vashon Island calendar is filled with exceptionally colorful photos. The calendar highlights 44 bird species—including eight never seen in our previous calendars—plus information about the wonderful Audubon mural and tips for supporting the birds we love. Twenty-four Islanders contributed their photos, all taken on or around Vashon.

Vashon Audubon is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization; all proceeds from calendar sales support our work for birds.

Three ways to get a calendar:

  • Buy them at these places: Vashon Thriftway customer service counter, Vashon Bookshop, Minglement, or Vashon Center for the Arts reception table. Cost: $15 each.
  • Order them online: You pay via PayPal, we mail the calendar(s) to you. Cost: $15 each plus $2.50 for mailing. If you want more than 3 calendars or need help ordering, contact us at info@vashonaudubon.org. Use the order form below.
  • Have them delivered to your home if going to a store or ordering online aren’t good options for you. An Audubon volunteer will drop off a calendar at your home (Vashon/Maury only), you leave payment in an envelope. Send an email with “Calendar” in the subject line and your name and address in the message; we’ll arrange a time. Social distancing protocols will be observed. Cost: $15 each.
